A message to AAdvantage eShopping members

This message is intended for any member who made a purchase of certain Verizon Wireless accessories that were displaying on the AAdvantage eShoppingTM mall with an incorrect offer of 83,871 American Airlines AAdvantageŽ miles on Wednesday, August 10, 2011, and who has not yet received an email confirmation regarding any bonus miles to be awarded in exchange for the inconvenience the incorrect offer may have caused.

First, please check that the response message has not been caught in your spam folder, and add [email protected] to your safe senders list. If you have previously contacted AAdvantage eShopping Customer Support and do not have our response message in your spam folder, please notify us at [email protected] after you have added our email address to your safe senders list.

If that is not the case, and you have not previously contacted AAdvantage eShopping Customer Support, then it likely is because Verizon Wireless has not reported your purchase to the AAdvantage eShopping program.

We ask that you contact AAdvantage eShopping customer support so that we can be sure to research your order.

Please contact eShopping customer support through the contact form on the mall, which can be found here: https://www.aadvantageeshopping.com/contact-us.aspx

You will need to provide the following information to allow us to research your order:
- AAdvantage number
- Name
- Email address
- Verizon Order ID

Once your order has been verified with Verizon, bonus miles automatically will be posted to your eShopping account, and an email will be sent to the email address on file with the AAdvantage eShopping program notifying you of the bonus miles that have been posted.
