I cannot find where to do it on LAN.com, I only occasionally see update links in HTML emails
It's a mess trying to get there now. Here's my path:
LAN.com > accede a tu cuenta > LANPASS (drop down to "Mi cuenta") > back to LANPASS (top left in the thread bar) > Mis datos (under Mi cuenta on the right-hand side) > modificar datos (top right hand side next to cambiar contraseņa). Be sure to save (aplicar cambios).
