The seat is not the same as LAN's 767 J seat. IB has a slightly wider seat with a wider dividing armrest/table between seats. For passengers of size, especially those with "meaty" thighs, IB's longhaul J seats are more comfortable-also less cramped than BA's 777 J/Club World seats. I'll take the roomier IB seat and forgo the more luxurious duvet on LAN or BA. IB's J blanket is a bit cheap but cabins tend to be kept a bit warm during night flights so the duvets make me too hot anyway!
