They just updated the estimates in the local news. 45 minutes in the morning/early afternoon and 45 minutes in the late afternoon, with vehicular access to Old San Juan completely cut-off while the president is there.
Also, for anyone flying out tomorrow, the Baldorioty de Castro Highway (the main airport highway), will be closed from 10:30am-12:30pm and again in the afternoon. Leave extra early, or find alternate routes.
