I flew OTP-IST 3 months ago and they only served a small snack, no hot food. For OTP-CDG though they served hot food, much better than AF.

C-lounge in OTP is a contracted one, used by C passengers from all airlines. There is no Tarom-specific branding. This being said, it offers free wifi, decent selection of snacks and very good selection of drinks.
