Since we got a digital weight scale, I've started to weigh myself every morning. It's kinda fun to see the changes over time and also through the day. I've found that I can range from 2-3 pounds up and down during the day depending on how much I eat / drink and time of day. So don't put too much weight
in the number but it does help to get to know the fluctuations if you do it more often than once a week.
