Yes, upgrades are available at T5 subject to availability.
WT to WT+ is £179 pp each way, WT+ to CW is £399 each way.
Costs of upgrades on European flight vary depending on length of route.
Usually cheaper to upgrade before you arrive at the airport, either at time of ticket purchase or if the upgrade is offered at OLCI.
Ask when you drop your bags, or at a Customer Service desk.
