Fact is that the on hand vouchers were printed about three weeks ago and the (still) say that L class is not excluded for TATL! Fact is also that this very same information is still on UA's websites!
Last night I have several more calls with United and Lufthanse. Again the same game. The UA agent confirmed that L is valid on the TATL flight. When I then asked for help I was transfered from one department to another.
All calls were recorded, so that I have a proof in case I will find a lawyer to make a law case out of it. LH, even worse, categorically said "L is not valid" abut did not tell me where this rule is written.
Shame on UA (where I purchased the ticket, where I got the SWU from, whose flight numbers are on the tickets) and even more shame on LH where I have the HON status.
