I haven't run across any high end Sheraton that stocks anything other than the generic house brand of toiletries, only at those sharing the Luxury Collection label as in Kuala Lumpur, Park Tower, etc. As nice as the Russell is, it is not ranked up there, so just ordinaire in the bathrooms.
