I also had a horrible experience at ES Baton Rouge a few months ago. Room was filthy, and even had roaches. Air conditioning was loud, toilet ran all night, etc. Breakfast was horrible.

Complained to management and got nowhere. Left a bad review and finally got a response from management and instead of a refund, get this.. I got a coupon for one free night to come back and stay at their crappy hotel for free. UNREAL!

If you're a fan of ES downtown Atlana (I assume you mean the one at Centennial Olympic Park), then you'd like the one at Atlanta Galleria. It has been completely refurbed, and parking is free. Nice place.
