If you Google CPF Generator you can find all sorts of sites that generate pseudo CPFs in the appropriate format. Obviously the CPF is not valid but when I registered on the Webjet site it accepted the CPF that I had generated.Other sites seem to match the CPF with your name but Webjet's seems to work with just a number in valid CPF format.
