JAL Departs from Terminal 5 and AA departs from Terminal 3 - the two are not connected airside. The only lounge options available will be the JAL lounge offering in T5.
I know that they're not connected airside. But even if they arrive from BOS into T3 they cannot go to the AC there before heading over to T5? The layover is over 3 hours.
