Fukuoka
Fukuoka
As I mentioned before, I would have loved exploring more of Hakata, unfortunately, it is not as much of a late night city as Osaka or Tokyo, if you want to go out to eat at 8pm you're gonna have a hard time finding a nice place to sit down (other than a yatai stand), unlike the other big Japanese cities, which can put of a bit of a wrench in your plans.
Otherwise though, Fukuoka is a very lively place, would love to go back and get some use out of that Sugoca card ; )
Christmas shopping in full swing at Canal City
Streetfood at night
More foodstands
Mitsukoshi/Tenjin Station
Fukuoka Subway
Autumn and the subway
I like this sort of food ordering system
Japanese fast food at Yayoiken. Not bad, not bad at all.
Tenjin underground shopping
Riverside shopping
Asian art museum (top floors)
Ohori Park
Nice waterfront life
