Question that "bothers" me now: how many miles will one get for the BD-coded flights operated by UA? BMI DC credits 100% miles flown on UA L but only 25% on BD E.

DC is still the best option, depending on the answer to the question above it's 32k or 51k miles for the 3 of us, that we can combine in a family account
