This is totally opposite my friend's experience at ELP. She said the pat down was "no big deal" and everyone was polite, no yelling, no fussing, just frisking and that was it.
I've had a few minor incidents at ELP. Mainly I'm chided for not "looking at the TSO" checking my ID to "match the photo" (which is 7 years old.)
