Netflix
I did the netflix trial in September and got charged the first monthly fee on October 10. The miles posted yesterday. I previously had a netflix account and when I first signed up it said "Welcome Back" I changed my first name and used my initials and changed my credit card.. I left my address the same and still got the miles.
