Thanks for sharing, I especially enjoyed reading the comments at the bottom of the article from several current and former AA FAs. However awful
some AA FAs maybe, my experience has been that there are
many wonderful FAs that enjoy their job and take pride in their airline. Sadly, those are becoming few and far between. AA FAs are far less disgruntled and surly than PM-NW or UAL FAs it seems.
