No entries yet: they open tomorrow, Sept. 25, and close a week later, Oct. 1. (Both dates are in UK time.) One entry per person, challenge capped at 100. Entries must use an exposure of at least three seconds and show "a lot of" movement, "not just a bit." No restrictions on when the photo was taken. Basic image correction only (retouching OK).
