The Sheraton Crystal City is one block from the Crystal City Metro station which serves the Blue Line/Yellow Line and is just one stop from DCA.

You could then take the Yellow Line to L'Enfant Plaza Station and transfer to the Green Line to Navy Yard which is next to Nationals Park.

If the rate and room availability suits you, you wouldn't waste any time and could get to the park on time for the first pitch.
