I'm trying to see if I can push another application through today with the exact same inquiry so I will only get one INQ hit.

Sometimes Citi will hit Equifax with "Citibank SD" or "Citibank USA", if the spelling is different, it'll be two INQs.
Personal card and business card are from different approval depts and you will see 2 separate inquiries with different addresses on your credit report.
