I have the same question. My miles, not even the base miles, have posted for my SAN rental a few weeks ago. I wonder when I should go after them.
LGA miles have posted, though after an initial delay of 2 weeks. Slight delay in posting the 50% bonus miles as well, but they do seem to have come through correctly.
