I think you misunderstood. TSA's Deputy Federal Security Director reported that the surveillance camera which is located near the document checker podium can be remotely controlled to point in different directions, and that during my arrest, that camera was pointed away from the document checker podium.

With regard to the APD officers' statements that were provided to me in response to my November 19, 2009, public records request, you know as much as I do if you've read what I posted above.

By "looks like" I think you meant "seems, based on the written statements from ABQ police and TSA staff that were provided to Phil by the City of Albuquerque in response to his November 19, 2009, public records request, that".

I'm not ready to share any related information that is not already available to the public.

I'm happy to publish the content of five CDROMs and DVDROMs that were provided to me in response to my November 19, 2009, public records request.

I'll find a more suitable long-term location later, but for now, I've made available the materials I received from the Albuquerque City Attorney's office in response to my November 19, 2009, public disclosure in a temporary location.

Okay.
I-- I underst-- I plan to comply with all their rules. I do not believe that there is a rule that bars me from using a camera in publicly-accessible areas of the airport.
This is a federal checkpoint. You can't do it here.
Right now, this is federal.
You can't do it.

13:17 He's John Doe, we don't have to give him-- we don't have to give him anything back, actually.
13:27 I would've at least made up a name if I were in that situation. He's a law student, he should know that. He's not even authorized
