Hello we are booked for a week in May using the "Next Big Thing" awards, I am curious do you know if we will be charged a resort fee? When I made the reservation through Hyatt / Diamond they put me on hold and called the hotel to ask and were told no. But after reading everyone's posts I am concerned that I might have to pay some % of the room fee. And with the rooms costing approx. 375-500 per night (during our week) this can get expensive.
