Bringing a small screwdriver type tool on plane?

I'm going to be traveling abroad from the u.s. to europe later this year. I'm going to be doing a lot of bike riding when I arrive so I bought a gps mount for the bike so I can mount my navigation device. In order to mount it, I need to screw in 2 small screws. Which comes with this 2.5 inch long mini L-shaped tool which screws in the screws. This tool doesn't even have sharp tips to it, the bottom and top ends are flat and in a 6-sided shape.

Would I be able to bring this with me on my carry-on? I'm going to try not to check in any luggage so that I can try to get bumped and get vouchers and a first-class ticket. I heard that your chances of getting bumped, especially for international flights is higher if you don't check-in luggage.
