I doubt it. When is the last time you actually tried this? Even in the 1990s they would put some kind of UV marker on the bums so they couldn't give blood twice in a short period of time. I guess I haven't asked anyone lately but surely in 2010 we have 1990s technology to stop bums from being completely drained of their blood?
However, it's said if you give blood, then your free adult beverage will be that much more powerful.
