Mainline was yanked from MSN in 2003. At the time, Midwest stated they were losing millions on the mainline flights.
I know Madison would kill for a SFO flight (they've wanted one for years). Could it work with an E170 or is it simply to long and thin?
My guess is too long and thin. MKE has never been able to support more than 1x day if my memory is correct. If it was 2x/day, it was only for a short time. And for many years, MKE didn't even have nonstop SFO service.
