Loved Europa & Regina

We just spent 4 nights there at the end of December.
Before coming to Venice I was looking for the best possible view
I could get anywhere, after a research, I decided Europa & Regina
location and the roof suite they offered us sound like the best bet.
The reception was great, Luca was very nice and helpful.
He offered us two rooms to choose from - probably two best rooms
in the entire hotel. Suite #671 which is one of the only 3 rooms they have
on the 7th floor of Europa side with an amazing 360 view -
the roofs of Venice and the mountains behind and the Grand Canal.
Another room was Suite #453 which is their best Grand Canal suite
with the largest balcony on the 4th floor of the front of Regina side.
We decided to split our stay and try both rooms,
they are so completely different.

First few pictures show the terrace of room #671 and the pictures
you can get from there

the following is the balcony of #453 and a couple of pictures taken
from there:

You can see this suite as you approach the hotel in the water taxi:

it's the front top balcony on the right side with a red flag,
the left side is taken by two rooms, so they are obviously smaller
than our suite.

The hotel is great, as we just came from the amazing Four Seasons
hotel in Florence, Europa & Regina cannot match it. But those two
views are some of the most beautiful views in the world.
Both rooms are quite large, the decor is beautiful.

Another highlight at this hotel is their breakfast. You take it
downstairs on the Grand Canal side. It's really great, great choice etc,
but the absolute highlight is their cappuccino, it was our number one
anywhere in Italy! Beats Florian, Eustachio in Rome etc.

We are completely satisfied with our stay there, as soon as we are
back in Venice, we will stay there again. Probably in #453
as I covered the view from the roof already and the Grand Canal
is more alive, you can watch the city live on the water, amazing.
There was a high water during our stay and the hotel was dealing with it
really well. Part of the breakfast room had to be blocked, the water
was rising, it was quite exciting

Highly recommended.
