jeffreyt ~ I'm not too concerned, even the Omni's worst room should be more than adequate for one night and the price is very reasonable given the location and quality of the hotel. I have seen the term used by several other hotels in the reservation systems, so I think it's somewhat of a standard, albeit unofficial maybe.
