I sent an email to the hotel saying that I've made no changes on my original booking and got this as response:

I apologize for the confusion with your reservation. There was no
actual change with your reservation. There was a request to send you
a email confirmation. The system recognized this request but also
noted it as a change to the reservation. Please note that there has
been no changes to your original reservation.
I look forward to a future opportunity to assist you. Thank you for
choosing Hyatt.

Did you email Hyatt Corporate or the hotel itself?
