I just completed my first rental in LIH (Kauai) and my receipt shows FF Miles/Points Earned 3150. BCD# U093300 Coupon# MUAZ002. I have a second rental now (still in LIH - same car) that I will return on 11/1. The Budget office agent here told me that I didn't even have to come in, that she would do the paperwork for the second rental if I just called her. Very kind, but I wanted to make sure I got the receipt with my FF miles noted on it so I dropped in anyway. Only took about 10 minutes. So now we know that LIH is participating.
