To another poster: will be trying Twist during a visit in mid-January. I've been to both Guy Savoy (Vegas and Paris) and Robuchon (Vegas only) and will be happy to post my analysis. With this project being Gagnaire's first in the US, I'm expecting it will be nothing short of spectacular.

Looking forward to your report. Pierre Gagnaire is my favorite of the Paris 3-stars, but I'm considerably less enamored of Sketch.
