Looks like my T6 status was very short lived. I lost a bunch in September, and I got the T6 offer for October. Unfortunately, I can't make it back that soon. The Nov/Dec offers are already back to T7.
On the plus side, there isn't too much difference and I still get a free room.
It should be related to your theoretical loss (or daily theo), not how much you lost in a visit. I've been T6 the entire year, and haven't been @ Palazzo since April. My offers continue to be T6. As an aside, I seldom play very much when in Vegas, even less this past year. I guess though, it is 'consistently' light play.
Usually, marketing offers (which these are) are working on data from a few months ago. Conventional wisdom would predict a drop in [the level of] offers if your theo went down. (of course, conventional wisdom is not always consistent with what casino marketing will actually do
)
