I have the same web site problem as "Luggage Tag" except lowering my internet security settings does not solve the problem. It asks me for my Skymiles number over and over and doesn't get past that screen. I called DL last Thursday and they referred me to web site support. Web site support claimed that they couldn't help me other than to submit a problem report. She didn't attempt to debug the problem at all (didn't ask which browser I was using or anything)-- actually she seemed kind of baffled by what I was telling her. She also asked me to use the "Feedback" link on DL.com to report the problem. I received an automated response from my feedback request and have heard nothing since.
