I believe only M&M SEN's can reserve exit row seats in advance. If any are still available when you get to the airport, you might have a chance.

If they do, it will not be because you are in an exit row. SWISS's carry-on policy is one bag, maximum dimensions 55cm x 40cm x 20cm, and max. of 8kg (about 18 lbs). My experience with LX is that they enforce their policy rather strictly.
