I stopped by the M for a few hours last week. I did not experience the aggressive cocktail waitress, but it was the during afternoon. The 2 that came to my table were friendly and very attractive. From an attractive cocktail waitress scale the few I saw at M were better looking than most the ones I saw Wynn/Encore, which use to be almost all Playboy material.

The dealers were also very friendly, and they had $10 double deck. I don't know when the last time I've seen that on the strip was (maybe never, but I don't get around that much).

I thought I had read that somewhere. Probably here and probably posted by QL a few years ago.

I walked out to the M pool to have a look around and did not see anyone checking room keys.

I asked at the Encore pool about being able to play at the pool tables when not staying at the hotel and was told. "If you are playing inside and want to play at the pool, security is suppose to escort you out to the the pool and make sure you are actually just going to gamble, but they said in reality they usually do not get security involved".
