Hmmm. There appears to be some confusion here. Their website
http://grandcypress.hyatt.com/hyatt/...ants/index.jsp says "Spend your Easter with a special brunch at LaCoquina...."
Also, highly regarded Orlando restaurant critic, Scott Joseph said "Here's a list of places I know about that are serving on April 12. La Coquina: Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress, 1 Grand Cypress Blvd., Orlando; 10:30a.m.– 6 p.m.; 407-239-3853; $69/$34.50. The regular fabulous brunch."
Perhaps it is best to simply phone them (407-239-3853) to see if they are open.
