If you were talking slots, then we could easily say that the Harrah's properties give the most comps to slot players.
In addition to just talking about a comp room, you should consider trying to get a casino rate with your play.
You don't mention whether or not you are staying weekday vs. weekend nights which makes a difference in the room rates. For example you could get the Wynn for a promo rate in Feb for around 125USD a night on a weeknight.
I would say that since you have already had a comp stay at the Mirage and the Venetian, they like most casinos are going to hope that you up your play. It might be worth it to put some play anyways at the Wynn to at least get some future marketing offers.
