The OP is right though when it comes to MCT. I have been to Berlin this year when Fraport and Lufthansa received a ridiculous so called logistics award 2008 for the great connection service they offer at their FRA hub. The official press release also states those 45 minutes that I seemed to recall hearing at the event.
