I've just noticed the following published on cxagents.com on December 18 regarding the OW VisitSA fare, which may be helpful:

Please be advised the following changes to oneworld Visit South America
Fare with immediate effect.

1. Revise fare levels

2. Revise fare rules
   - MIN/MAX STAY 
     minimum stay : 1 day
     maximum stay : 12 months

   - RESERVATION/TICKETING
     Booking class for domestic sectors in AR : B class
     Booking class for sectors between SCL-IPC : V class
     All other sectors : K class
     Tour Code is mandatory : tour code SA3
     Fare Basis : 
     Adult : KSAPASS*
     Child : KSAPASSCH*
     Infant: KSAPASSIN*
     where the * is the number of coupons 
     Exception -
     * Between SCL-IPC : Fare Basis VSAPASS
     * Domestic Flights in Argentina : Fare Basis BSAPASS
          

   - CANCELLATION/REFUNDS
     Not allowed

   - RE-BOOKING/RE-ROUTING
     Reservation and rerouting permitted at a fee of USD50 per 
     transaction if any international sector is modified or 
     USD20 per transaction if no international sector is modified
     provided that the changes are made prior to the date for which
     travel is booked. Additional sectors may be purchased if 
     required during the rerouting transaction.
