I had a curious experience at W Seoul. Upon my check-in, I was moved to Concierge Desk as a plat member. Then, they took my picture, and said that "We usually do this to the Plat member for keeping plat member information and sharing with staff member". Is there anyone experienced this one?? I was little bit annoyed..
