Actually I chickened out and didn't confirm the booking b/c of all the negative posts and lack of responses to my post - I only saw yours emailkid today :-(. I emailed the agent who was taking care of me to tell her I didn't like the posts I saw and she didn't respond back. So yeah... I think I'll end up not using them. But if that changes I'll let everyone know.
