I'm confused as to how Frontier can say they are "A Whole Different Animal" when they have added baggage fees, continue to have change fees and have cut way back on snacks and drinks. Seems to me they are just like everybody else.
Southwest is the "Whole Different Animal" without baggage fees, change fees and still serving free snacks and drinks.
