TSA Employee Pleads Guilty to Voyeurism Accusation
A Transportation Security Administration (TSA) employee at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) has been suspended without pay after being accused of taking upskirt photos from underneath passengers’ skirts. The employee, 29-year-old Nicholas Fernandez, pleaded guilty on Thursday to charges of attempted voyeurism. A fellow TSA agent reported following Fernandez, who had left a security checkpoint to take a break, before seeing him recording a video on his phone underneath a passenger’s skirt in baggage claim.
