Passenger Allegedly Removed From Spirit Flight Due to Cleavage

An unidentified passenger was removed from a Spirit Airlines flight from Fort Lauderdale–Hollywood International Airport (FLL) to Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY) prior to departure on Monday allegedly due to the amount of cleavage visible on her outfit.

A spokesperson for Spirit denies that the passenger’s cleavage was the impetus for her removal and said, “The woman’s cleavage played absolutely no role in her removal.

“The woman was removed because she was intoxicated and other passengers complained about her behavior.”

Isn't excessive cleavage considered a checked bag on Spirit?

What is the appropriate amount of cleavage that CAN be shown, arbitrary regardless. Ask 5 people and get 5 different opinions.

Actually Spirit was trying to monetize "cleavage plus" seating and when they couldn't get anyone to pay the upcharge they cancelled the program so the "cleavage plus" seating was repurposed as their normal "sneaky charges" seating.
