Men Charged With Cocaine Smuggling on JetBlue Flight

Juan Luis Perez Garcia and Juan Artiles Taveras were arrested Friday after allegedly attempting to smuggle approximately 15 pounds of cocaine into Boston aboard a JetBlue flight. The two men have were charged with possession with intent to distribute after the narcotics were discovered hidden within a suitcase.

According to authorities, the defendants were apprehended after meeting with an undercover police officer to conduct a drug transaction.
