MAN Terminal Cleared Due to Potential Bomb Threat

On Wednesday, hundreds of flyers were evacuated from Terminal 3 of Manchester Airport (MAN) was evacuated after a suspicious bag was discovered by security. Police cordoned the area off and a bomb squad disposed of the baggage with a series of controlled explosions.
“We apologise to all passengers affected by this incident,” said a spokesperson for Manchester Airport. The safety and security of our customers and employees will always be our number one priority.”
