Live King Cobras Apprehended at JFK

On Tuesday, five king cobra snakes and three geckos were discovered during an  X-ray in U.S. Customs and Border Protection at John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK). The reptiles were contained within a Styrofoam container that carried a label claiming that the package contained a “plastic tray.”
