FAA: More Drones Than Piloted Aircraft in Sky

According to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) in a statement released Monday, the number of drones flying in the U.S. might be higher than the number of piloted aircraft. As of Friday, the FAA said more than 325,000 individuals registered drones, which surpasses the number of aircraft registered with the Administration: 320,000.

“We won’t hesitate to take strong enforcement actions against anyone who flies unmanned aircraft in an unsafe or illegal manner,” said FAA Administrator Michael Huerta.

And let me guess, both numbers are far exceeded by the number of illegal aliens in the US.
