EasyJet Bumps 30 People From Glasgow Flight

Due to an alleged technical issue that forced easyJet to switch the aircraft for a flight from Glasgow to Luton to an aircraft with fewer seats, the carrier apologized after bumping 30 passengers from the flight as it departed with two empty seats.

“The rest of my family was in the queue and many people looked on at us bewildered,” said flyer Joe Bond. “We were told they couldn’t let us know earlier because of the way we had checked in, and that the way we had checked in was the reason we had been selected.”
