Dog Misplaced by WestJet Found

Cooper, a golden Labradoodle belonging to a WestJet passenger who was flying to Jamaica to attend a wedding, was found Friday since going missing for two days after being placed aboard the wrong flight. WestJet flew Cooper’s people to Hamilton Thursday to help find the dog.

“It’s the most overwhelming feeling of happiness,” said Chelsea Simon, one of the dog’s owners, said upon being reunited with Cooper.

When found, the dog was wet, dirty and hungry, but healthy otherwise. A spokesperson for WestJet claims that the carrier will pay for Cooper’s veterinarian bills.

Oh wow. I'd be freaking out if that happened to me. Glad to hear they found Cooper. Missing out on Jamaica too... Holiday turned into nightmare.
